Mick’s Production is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal compliance, talent safety, ethical production practices, and informed consent. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, prostitution, and any other unlawful activity.
This policy applies in full to all employees, contractors, models, talent, photographers, videographers, producers, talent representatives, affiliates, vendors, and any other individuals or entities associated with Mick’s Production in any capacity.
Mick’s Production is dedicated to producing creative and editorial content lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. All content produced, published, distributed, or licensed by Mick’s Production must be created with the voluntary participation of legally verified adults who have knowingly and willingly provided their informed consent prior to the commencement of any production activity.
Mick’s Production does not engage in, support, facilitate, promote, encourage, or tolerate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, prostitution, or any unlawful conduct of any kind. Any association with such activities is strictly prohibited and will be addressed through immediate enforcement action, up to and including termination of all business relationships and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited without exception:
Any individual found to be participating in, facilitating, supporting, or concealing any of the above conduct may be permanently removed from association with Mick’s Production, have all agreements immediately terminated, and be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
All individuals appearing in content produced, distributed, or published by Mick’s Production must be legally verified adults at the time of production. Age verification is a mandatory, non-negotiable requirement and must be completed before any production activity begins. Prior to participation, all models and talent must provide valid, current, government-issued identification sufficient to verify their full legal name, date of birth, and legal age status confirming they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
No person under eighteen (18) years of age may participate in any production, photographic session, video shoot, or any other activity associated with Mick’s Production, regardless of the nature of the content. Any submission of false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents will be treated as a material violation of this policy and may be referred to law enforcement.
Participation in any Mick’s Production engagement must be entirely voluntary. Consent is a foundational requirement of all production activity and must be present and maintained throughout the entirety of any engagement. All models and talent must knowingly and willingly consent to their participation before production begins, with a clear understanding of the nature, scope, and purpose of the production.
Valid consent cannot be obtained through force, threats, intimidation, fraud, misrepresentation, coercion, or undue pressure of any kind. Consent to one type of production activity does not constitute consent to any other activity. Where there is any reasonable doubt as to whether consent was properly obtained, production will be halted and the matter reviewed before any content is released.
Mick’s Production explicitly prohibits participation obtained through coercion by any third party, including talent agencies, recruiters, managers, personal representatives, friends, romantic partners, family members, employers, or legal and financial representatives. No individual may pressure, force, manipulate, threaten, deceive, or require another person to participate in content production under any circumstances.
Any indication or credible allegation of coercion may result in the immediate suspension of all related production activities pending a thorough investigation. Where coercion is confirmed, all relevant agreements will be terminated and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.
Mick’s Production does not provide, arrange, facilitate, advertise, broker, promote, or otherwise support prostitution or sexual services in any form. All compensation paid to models and talent is exclusively for legitimate, production-related services — including participation in content production, content licensing, modeling, acting, photography, videography, appearances, and promotional activities directly related to lawful content creation. Compensation is never paid in exchange for sexual activity or services of any kind.
Any booking, appearance, or experience offered through Mick’s Production is a professional and creative engagement only. It does not include and may never be construed as an offer of companionship for hire, escort services, or any sexual service. Any attempt to use the Mick’s Production platform or business relationships for the facilitation or promotion of prostitution or sexual services may result in the immediate termination of all agreements, permanent removal from the platform, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Individuals who become aware of or have reasonable cause to suspect any violation of this policy are strongly encouraged to report their concerns promptly. Reports may involve human trafficking or suspected trafficking activity; sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation; coercion or undue pressure; consent validity concerns; age verification irregularities; identity or document fraud; exploitation of models or talent; or any other unlawful or unethical conduct connected to Mick’s Production operations.

All reports will be reviewed in good faith and handled in a manner suited to the nature and severity of the concern. Mick’s Production does not retaliate against individuals who make good-faith reports of suspected policy violations.
Mick’s Production is committed to full and lawful cooperation with law enforcement agencies, courts, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Where required by law or pursuant to a lawful request, subpoena, or court order, Mick’s Production may provide records, documentation, talent agreements, age verification materials, payment records, communications, or any other information relevant to an official investigation or legal proceeding. Mick’s Production will not obstruct any lawful investigation or proceeding.
Where a violation of this policy is confirmed or reasonably suspected, Mick’s Production may take any or all of the following enforcement actions:
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice where delay could result in harm.
Information submitted in connection with a report of a potential policy violation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Mick’s Production Privacy Policy. While Mick’s Production will treat reported information with appropriate discretion, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law, court order, legal process, or where necessary to fulfill legitimate investigative, compliance, or public safety obligations.

The safety, dignity, and legal rights of our models and talent are fundamental principles that govern every aspect of Mick’s Production operations.
Mick’s Production reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Mick’s Production website, participation in production activities, or maintenance of any business relationship with Mick’s Production following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy in full.

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained within the Mick’s Production Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
