These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” “member,” or “visitor”) and Mick’s Production (“Mick’s Production,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Mick’s Production website at micks.world in its entirety, including but not limited to the website, portfolio and gallery content, production and editorial material, paid membership content, member accounts, model application features, contact and inquiry forms, and any other services, tools, or features offered through micks.world now or in the future.

By accessing, browsing, submitting a form, applying to model, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using any part of micks.world in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use micks.world in any form.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using micks.world in any capacity — whether by visiting the website, browsing the portfolio, submitting an inquiry, completing a model application, or purchasing a membership — you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms in full. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and creates a binding legal agreement between you and Mick’s Production.

These Terms apply at all times during your use of the website. The fact that you have not read these Terms does not relieve you of any obligation arising from them. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms before using the website.

If you are accessing or using micks.world on behalf of another person, company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that party to these Terms and that the party agrees to be bound by them. If you do not have that authority, you may not use the website on that party’s behalf.

2. ELIGIBILITY micks.world is a professional production and portfolio website that also offers paid membership content. The general website and its public portfolio content are available to a general audience. However, certain features — including the submission of a model application and access to paid membership content — are restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By submitting a model application, purchasing a membership, creating an account, or accessing any members-only content or any other form that collects personal information, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

Mick’s Production reserves the right to request age or identity verification, to decline any application, to suspend or terminate any account, or to remove any submission at any time if there is any reason to believe that a person does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements or has provided false information.

3. MEMBERSHIP, BILLING & PAYMENT Certain content on micks.world is available only to paying members. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following billing terms.

Price and recurring billing. Membership is offered at a rate of $2.99 (USD) per month. Your membership is a recurring subscription. By completing checkout, you authorize Mick’s Production and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method $2.99 each month, on a recurring basis, until you cancel.

Automatic renewal. Your membership automatically renews each month. The card or payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle without further action or notice from you. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Mick’s Production does not store your full payment card details. Your use of the payment processor is subject to that processor’s own terms and privacy practices.

Authorization. By entering your payment information and completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and you authorize the recurring charges described above.

Price changes. Mick’s Production reserves the right to change membership pricing. Any price change will apply to future billing cycles, and you will be notified before a changed price takes effect. Your continued membership after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. CANCELLATION You may cancel your membership at any time through your account. To cancel, log in and visit your account page at micks.world/membership-account/ and follow the cancellation instructions.

When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access until that period ends. After that, your membership will not renew and no further charges will be made.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not retroactively refund any charge already made. See the Refunds section below.

5. REFUNDS All membership payments are final and non-refundable. Mick’s Production does not provide refunds or credits for any membership fees already charged, including for partial billing periods, unused access, or any period remaining after cancellation.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. If you wish to stop being billed, you must cancel as described in the Cancellation section; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past ones.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS Mick’s Production reserves the right to revise, update, supplement, or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, website operations, or business practices. All changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on the website, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Your continued access to or use of micks.world after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the website immediately. You are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms on a regular basis to remain informed of any updates or changes.

7. MODEL APPLICATIONS micks.world allows individuals to apply to be considered for modeling, production, and creative collaboration opportunities with Mick’s Production. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, representation, booking, payment, or any working relationship of any kind.

When you submit an application, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You may not apply using a false name, a fictitious identity, another person’s identity, stolen personal information, or any information or imagery you are not legally authorized to use.

Any photographs, videos, or other materials you submit as part of an application must be your own, must depict you, and must not infringe the rights of any third party. By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not violate any law or the rights of any other person.

Mick’s Production reserves the right to accept, decline, retain, or remove any application or submitted material at its sole discretion. Any working relationship that may result from an application will be governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

8. SUBMITTED CONTENT AND PERMISSIONS By submitting any content to Mick’s Production through an application form, inquiry form, or any other channel, you grant Mick’s Production a limited, non-exclusive license to review, store, and process that content for the purpose of evaluating your application and communicating with you. This license does not grant Mick’s Production the right to publish or commercially use your submitted material; any such use would require a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

You retain ownership of the material you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you send to Mick’s Production is something you have the legal right to share.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP All content available on or through micks.world — including photographs, videos, editorial material, graphics, text, layouts, and design elements — is owned by Mick’s Production, its licensors, content creators, producers, models, photographers, videographers, or other authorized rights holders.

Your use of micks.world grants you access to view content only and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. You may not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, repost, screen record, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, transmit, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content available on the website unless Mick’s Production has given you explicit prior written permission to do so.

10. LIMITED PERSONAL LICENSE Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, your maintenance of an active paid membership, Mick’s Production grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view content on the website for your own personal, private, non-commercial purposes only.

This license is contingent on your account remaining in good standing. It terminates automatically if you violate these Terms, if your membership is cancelled, or if your membership lapses for non-payment.

11. PROHIBITED CONTENT USE The following uses of micks.world content are expressly prohibited:

Reposting, sharing, or distributing content to any website, social media platform, or third party without written authorization; Selling, licensing, or otherwise monetizing content in any form; Creating screenshots or screen recordings for redistribution; Removing or altering watermarks, credits, or copyright notices; Creating derivative works or remixes; Using content for AI training, machine learning, or synthetic media generation; Framing, mirroring, embedding, or deep-linking content on any third-party website or platform without prior written authorization; Sharing, transferring, or allowing others to use your account, login credentials, or membership access; Accessing members-only content through an account you are not authorized to use; Using content in any manner that harms any model or individual appearing in the content.

12. TRADEMARKS AND BRAND PROTECTION The names Mick’s Production, Mick’s, Mick’s World, and all related logos and brand assets are proprietary and protected under applicable trademark and copyright law. You may not use any Mick’s Production branding for any purpose without prior express written authorization.

13. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not use micks.world for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including:

Violating any applicable law; Gaining unauthorized access to accounts, forms, or systems; Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with or harvest data from the website; Submitting fraudulent, false, or impersonating information; Sharing or reselling account access or membership credentials; Attempting to reverse engineer the website; Interfering with the website’s infrastructure, security, or availability.

14. PERFORMER AND MODEL COMPLIANCE All models and individuals appearing in content produced by Mick’s Production are adults at the time of production and have provided appropriate age verification and consent documentation. Mick’s Production maintains age verification records, model releases, and consent documentation in accordance with applicable law.

Users may not request, submit, or attempt to access any content involving minors in any form. Mick’s Production has zero tolerance for any content or conduct involving the exploitation of minors and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in connection with any such matter.

15. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA COMPLAINTS If you believe any content on micks.world infringes a copyright you hold, you may submit a formal copyright infringement notice including your full legal name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing content, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification including your full legal name, identification of the removed content, a good-faith belief statement, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. Mick’s Production maintains a policy of terminating, at its sole discretion, the access of any user determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS Mick’s Production may utilize third-party services including web hosting providers, content delivery networks, payment processors, email services, analytics platforms, form providers, and video hosting infrastructure. Mick’s Production is not responsible for third-party service outages or other interruptions caused by external service providers.

micks.world may include links to third-party websites for user convenience only. These links do not constitute an endorsement. Mick’s Production accepts no responsibility or liability for the content, availability, or security of any third-party site.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY Mick’s Production does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times without interruption. Mick’s Production reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time, with or without notice. Temporary interruptions in access do not entitle any member to a refund or credit.

18. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER micks.world is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mick’s Production expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Your use of micks.world is entirely at your own risk.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mick’s Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature arising out of or related to your use of micks.world. Mick’s Production’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00 USD) or the total amount you paid to Mick’s Production in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mick’s Production and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, models, content creators, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website or its content, your violation of any applicable law, or your submission of fraudulent information or material.

21. EQUITABLE REMEDIES Any actual or threatened unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, downloading, screen recording, or distribution of Mick’s Production content would cause immediate and irreparable harm. Accordingly, Mick’s Production shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and other equitable remedies from any court of competent jurisdiction without the requirement to post bond or prove actual damages, including in connection with content piracy, unauthorized redistribution, copyright or trademark infringement, content scraping, or use of content for AI training or synthetic media generation without authorization.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles. Except where binding arbitration applies, any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Texas.

Before initiating any formal legal claim against Mick’s Production, you agree to first attempt to resolve your dispute informally by contacting Mick’s Production directly at support@micks.world and providing a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes not resolved through informal resolution may be subject to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple individuals or preside over class proceedings of any kind.

23. CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Mick’s Production agree to resolve any dispute only on an individual basis. You expressly waive and agree not to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, collective action, or representative action of any kind against Mick’s Production.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND MICK’S PRODUCTION EACH KNOWINGLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

24. TIME LIMIT TO FILE CLAIMS Any claim arising out of or related to your use of micks.world must be filed within one (1) year after the date on which the claim first arose. Any claim not filed within this one-year period shall be permanently barred.

25. PRIVACY Your use of micks.world is subject to Mick’s Production’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and made a part of these Terms by reference. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Any personal information you submit — including through a model application, account registration, or membership checkout — is handled in accordance with that policy.

26. COMMUNICATIONS You agree that Mick’s Production may communicate with you electronically in connection with your use of the website, your account, your membership, or any inquiry or application you submit. Electronic notices sent to the email address you provide shall be deemed received upon transmission. You are solely responsible for providing a current and valid email address.

27. GENERAL PROVISIONS You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Mick’s Production. Mick’s Production may freely assign its rights and obligations in connection with a business restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The failure or delay by Mick’s Production to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with Mick’s Production’s Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mick’s Production with respect to your access to and use of the website, and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
