Mick’s Production (“Mick’s Production,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of every individual who accesses our website or uses our services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, how we protect it, and the rights available to you in connection with your personal information.
micks.world offers free public browsing of portions of the website, as well as paid subscription access to certain premium production content and the ability to submit a model application. By accessing or using micks.world in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the website.
Portions of micks.world are available to a general audience for free browsing. However, certain features — including purchasing access to premium content, creating an account, or submitting a model application — are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone who does not meet this requirement. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please notify us immediately using the contact information in Section 15.

Information You Voluntarily Provide:

Paid access to premium content on micks.world is offered on a recurring subscription basis and is processed through authorized third-party payment processors, which may include Stripe, PayPal, or other mainstream payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Mick’s Production and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method the applicable subscription fee, and to automatically charge that payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time through your account at micks.world/membership-account/, and cancellation will stop future charges; cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already charged. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
Subscription prices are subject to change at any time. If the price of your subscription changes, the updated price will apply to your future billing periods, and by continuing your subscription you authorize Mick’s Production and its payment processor to charge the updated price. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of a price change before it takes effect.
Mick’s Production does not store complete credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details on its own servers. Your payment information is collected and processed directly by the applicable payment processor and is governed by that processor’s own privacy practices. Mick’s Production may retain limited billing information — such as the last four digits of a card, card type, billing name, transaction identifiers, and purchase and subscription history — for the purposes of account management, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal and financial obligations.
To access certain paid premium content, you may be required to create an account or complete a subscription purchase. When you do, we collect the information necessary to create and maintain that access, verify that a valid and active subscription exists, and grant you access to the content you have subscribed to. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your access. Access to paid content is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person.
When you submit a model application, the information and materials you provide are collected and used solely to review your application, evaluate potential creative or production opportunities, and communicate with you about your submission. Submitting an application does not grant Mick’s Production any right to publish or commercially use your information or materials; any such use would require a separate written agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that any material you submit is your own and that you have the right to share it.
micks.world uses cookies, session cookies, pixel tags, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the website. If you have opted into promotional communications, you may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not affect communications directly related to a subscription, account, or submission.
Mick’s Production does not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your information with trusted service providers to the limited extent necessary to operate the website, including payment processors, website hosting providers, content delivery networks, email service providers, form and application providers, security and fraud prevention providers, analytics providers, and technical support providers. Mick’s Production operates from the State of Texas, United States.
